Experience a great day out at Ogston Reservoir!
At just 200 acres and weighing in at a mere 1,300 million gallons, Ogston Reservoir is very much the little brother to Carsington Water. Situated just off the B6014, Ogston is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
Sitting at the bottom of the reservoir is part of the Ashover Light Railway, which was submerged in the original flooding of the valley in 1958.
